Hunter's Vineyard is a safe, welcoming neighborhood made up of over 100 households from a variety of backgrounds.
Each of us plays a part in creating the community we want to live in.

Every household is asked to contribute $140 each year to the Hunter's Vineyard Homeowners Association, so that we all share in the benefits equally.
Contributions are voluntary. There is no mandatory assessment, and no household is penalized for not contributing.
We've done the math.
$140 from each household covers grounds maintenance for the year, seasonal treatment of the entrance beds, the PO Box and state filing fees — with a little left for special projects.
There is no other source of income.
How Our Year Works
Your contribution covers July 2026 through June 2027.
A contribution sent in September 2026, January 2027 or May 2027 all counts toward the same year.
If you contributed last July, that covered July 2025 through June 2026.

Contributions arrive throughout the year. Several streets contribute mostly between January and May, so these figures change a great deal between now and June.
